Northern Pipe Products PVC Gasketed Sewer Pipe is made from compounds conforming to requirements of ASTM D-3034 in accordance with ASTM D-1784. Sewer Pipe 4-inch through 15-inch meets all dimensional and physical specifications of ASTM D-3034.  18-inch Sewer Pipe meets all dimensional and physical specifications of ASTM F-679. 4-inch through 15-inch SDR-35 and 18-inch PS-46 are available with the CSA (Canadian Standards Association) mark of acceptance. All Gasketed Sewer Pipe is manufactured to laying lengths.

Northern Pipe Products PVC Gasketed Sewer Pipe is made from gasketed joints conforming to ASTM D-3212 (Standard Specification for Joints for Drain and Sewer Plastic Pipes Using Flexible Elastomeric Seals).  All gaskets conform to ASTM F-477 (Standard Specification for Elastomeric Seals for Joining Plastic Pipe). Spigot ends are beveled and insertion depths are marked for correct installation.  Northern Pipe Products employs the Rieber Gasket System.  The Rieber joining system is a factory made “locked-in” flexible elastomeric seal. The gasket is installed in the bell race during manufacture of the joint.  It should not be removed for any reason; destruction of the joint occurs.

Northern Pipe Products PVC Belled Sewer Pipe is made from compounds conforming to material specifications ASTM D-1784 and meets all dimensional and physical specifications of ASTM D-3034. 4-inch through 6-inch is manufactured in 10-foot overall lengths, while 8-inch through 15-inch is 14-foot laying length.
