PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) was first discovered in the mid 1930's.  The first rigid extruded PVC polymer plastic was manufactured during the latter part of World War II. Some of the PVC extruding equipment installed in those days is still in service today.

Northern Pipe Products Inc. was formed in 1979 as a manufacturer of PVC pressure and sewer pipe. As a result of the high technology applied in the processing of its PVC pipe, and in view of a rapidly growing market for top grade potable water and sewer pipe, Northern Pipe Products Inc. has quickly become the industry leader in providing Quality PVC Pipe. Continued plant expansion and the purchase and modification of existing plant-wide extrusion machinery has created the most modern computerized plant in the industry.  A plant tour of this state of the art facility is highly recommended as it provides valuable insight to the knowledge of manufacture and usage of PVC pipe.

WARRANTY

Northern Pipe Products Inc. warrants its pipe to be free from defects in Materials and workmanship for a Period of one year from the date of shipment. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser for use, and will be void if the product is used under conditions other than those for which it was designed. 

The extent of liability shall be to replace without charge, products proved to be defective within the terms of this warranty.  Any claims not submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery of alleged defect shall void said warranty.

No warranty is included against any expense for removal, reinstallation, or other consequential damages arising from such defect.  Northern Pipe Products Inc. makes no other representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, including without limitation, the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the limited warranty as set forth above.

No modification of waiver of the above warranty shall be valid unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Northern Pipe Products Inc.
